"I have call a few times 3 this week and every time I was very happy with there help. Someone to me several times over priced . Well I believe all insurance is over priced until you need it. And I don't believe one is any higher than the other. It is important to have great help when you need it and at Dee Stover State Farm you get it."

"I had to take a minute to to tell everyone. If you are tired of AI this and that, endless menus, and virtual agents. There is still a place to speak with a person that will listen and get the ball rolling. Dee Stover's State Farm office and her team of agents in Redding CA. are there on the phone answering with a real person. I recently had my tools stolen and needed help to get the claim started. Her and the girls in the office stepped up and got it done in no time with a couple of return calls to confirm a few things. I can't say enough good things about this team. They are on it and actually look at your case before they call so you don't have to re-explain what's going on. None of this 20 emails to confirm something with a different person every time. Truly a people office, all in all a very good experience. Thank you Dee Stover and team. You made a very upsetting experience turn into a positive resolution."

"I’ve been with Dee Stover at State Farm for over fifteen years, and she and the staff at her office have always been helpful, accessible and expedient.
